Little Pan Pierogi, the sister company of Big Pan Paella, serves the Inland NW with traditional European pierogi and original pierogi creations. With authentic family recipes passed down from our Slovak and Russian ancestors, we offer a multitude of pierogi varieties. Our pierogi are handmade using traditional old European ways, from mixing and rolling out the dough, to creating the filling and pinching the pierogi. These methods, along with centuries-old recipes and family traditions (like Nick's Teta Wilma pictured here peeling potatoes by hand in 1953), guarantee the uniqueness and authenticity of our pierogi. Heck, sometimes we even listen to polka music while we make them.
Our handmade, cook-to-order pierogi are available to eat for breakfast or lunch at the Saturday Kootenai County Farmer's Markets (US 95 & Prairie) 9:00am-1:30pm in the Big Pan Paella/Little Pan Pierogi booth.
You can also pre-order frozen pierogi (by close of business on Tuesdays) to take home by the dozen, and we will have them ready for pick-up at the following Saturday farmer's market. Local deliveries are available upon request, and during non-market season (Dec-Mar).
We source only the freshest (never frozen) ingredients for our pierogi, including local Idaho potatoes, herbs, butter, eggs, meats, vegetables & cheeses (we grate our own). We never use seed oils. From our dough & fillings, to boiling & packaging, our pierogi are truly homemade, by hand.
